Super fijn bedrijf.
Gesprekken vooraf over mogelijkheden waren prettig, planning van de montage prima geregeld en goed over gecommuniceerd. Ook fijn dat er uitgebreid tijd is voor vragen tijdens het inmeten.
Product (overkapping) is echt geweldig, degelijk, strak afgewerkt en vakkundig geplaatst.
Tijdens plaatsen was er nog goed overleg over definitieve hoogte en werd er zeer goed meegedacht. Kortom, alleen maar lof.

Valk Veranda heeft op 13 april 2026 een overkapping bij ons geplaatst. Als klant ben ik zeer tevreden over de service, de montage en eigenlijk alles in het algemeen. Zowel de monteurs als de medewerkers op kantoor zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Positieve punten:
* Goede prijs
* Betaling pas na de werkzaamheden, dus geen vooruitbetaling nodig
* Goede service en ze komen hun afspraken na
* Vriendelijke mensen
* Als er een probleem is, lossen ze het netjes op
Minpunt:
Kleine problemen kunnen na jarenlang gebruik ontstaan (buiten hun werkzaamheden om), bijvoorbeeld een defecte afvoerpijp van het dak. Dit is uiteraard niet de schuld van Valk Veranda. Het zou fijn zijn als zulke kleine zaken snel worden opgelost door hun monteurs, eventueel tegen betaling van het gebruikte materiaal. Bijvoorbeeld wanneer het gaat om ongeveer 10 minuten werk. Dat zou de service helemaal compleet maken.
Conclusie:
Ik ben zeer tevreden en wens hen veel succes met hun werk.

Vanaf het allereerste begin kregen we snel antwoord op onze offerteaanvraag, de volgende dag al. Het was geen probleem om een afspraak te maken in de showroom om de offerte te bespreken.
De bestelling werd snel geplaatst en afgerond.
De installateurs waren uiterst vriendelijk en professioneel. Alles werd goed en zorgvuldig geïnstalleerd. Het is ook belangrijk om te vermelden dat ze alles netjes hebben opgeruimd.

I had a truly remarkable experience with Valk Veranda. I moved into a new house two months ago and had already accepted an offer for sliding glass doors to be installed in my backyard. However, I realized just a few days ago that the heat pump is ground source. So, pipes were buried in the garden, and I don't know the layout or where the installation of poles might occur. There is a risk of damaging the heat pump pipes underneath.
This morning I called to discuss the risk, the owner, Kamil, showed incredible integrity. He could have easily told me that the custom-sized glass was already in production and charged me for the materials. Instead, he was completely honest, contacted their glass manufacturing partner and checked the fabrication status immediately. Later this afternoon he told me to cancel the order because the production hadn't started yet.
He prioritized my financial well-being over making their own money. It is not often nowadays here to find a business owner so trustworthy and ethical. If you want to work with someone who has a genuine heart and honesty, I cannot recommend Kamil and Valk Veranda enough!
