Wij hebben een veranda aangeschaft bij valk veranda. Vanaf de 1e dag liep alles soepel en waren de afspraken duidelijk en helder. Helaas hadden wij de pech dat er enkele wandpanelen bij zaten die niet heel mooi waren, ook dit is door valk veranda kosteloos en netjes opgelost!

Deze week hebben de heren van Valk Veranda bij ons een glaswand geplaatst in de reeds bestaande overkapping. Dhr. Is zelf persoonlijk op zijn vrije (feestdag) komen inmeten en de jongens hebben de glaswand deze week geplaatst. De overkapping is 5 jaar geleden ook door deze firma geplaatst en door onze positieve ervaring destijds hebben we nu bewust gekozen voor dezelfde firma. De jongens werken netjes, snel, en laten alles keurig opgeruimd achter! Zijn netjes op tijd en zeer vriendelijk. Mocht er onverhoopt toch iets zijn, (in ons geval een defect spotje in de bestaande overkapping) word dit direct en netjes opgelost, ondanks dat deze al 5 jaar geleden door hun is geplaatst. Al met al zéér positieve ervaring met Valk Veranda, en ik zou deze firma bij iedereen aanraden!

The experience leading up to the build was very good; we made our order after discussing all of the options. The price was comparable to other veranda companies in the area, and they even accommodated us to delay the build after an issue with our terrace stones. They gave us a solid recommendation for someone to fix the terrace stones.
The veranda was delivered as agreed, and we are happy with the new addition to the house. If we had any concern, question, or issue, Valk Veranda worked with us to resolve it to our satisfaction.
