terug gekregen. Netjes de maten ingemeten en duidelijk advies gegeven. Vandaag zes schuifpuien geplaatst super netjes gedaan. Alles netjes afgewerkt en niks geen gehaast.

Bij ons bezoek in de showroom werden mogelijkheden uitgebreid uitgelegd, offerte ter plekke gemaakt. Konden er ook rustig over nadenken. Telefonisch nog een wijziging doorgegeven, werd ook keurig in offerte verwerkt. Bij opdracht werd gelijk plaatsingsdatum ingepland. Monteurs kwamen thuis juiste maten opnemen.
Plaatsen van serre was keurig , er werd heel netjes en conform afspraak gewerkt. Prettig dat we na plaatsing nog gebeld werden of alles naar tevredenheid verlopen was. We zijn erg blij met onze nieuwe serre.

In eerste instantie had ik 3 sterren gegeven. Dit op basis van mijn uitzoekwerk van de diverse mogelijkheden bij meerdere leveranciers. De 3 sterren waren puur vanwege het feit dat de zonwering op de veranda mij persoonlijk een beperking oplegt (breedte en kleur)
In vergelijking met anderen is de moeite die Valk Veranda neemt in het offerte traject (ik beoordeel het bedrijf, niet het product wat zij leveren) een pluspunt en verdiend Valk Veranda 4 sterren. Er wordt mee gedacht en geluisterd en duidelijke uitleg gegeven.

Valk veranda came highly recommended to us, so after looking around at other companies, we decided to choose Valk veranda. Their quote for our veranda, sunscreen, side walls, spie and glass sliding doors was very reasonable. They were very helpful and gave us lots of advice.
The mechanics arrived on time ( which is unusual for many companies) and were professional in their work. The weather was really awful, yet they were very cheery.
All the packaging and general rubbish was cleared away and we were left with a beautiful veranda.
We also liked that we could pay when the work was done to a very high standard and when we were completely happy with the end result.
Really friendly team of hard workers and we are extremely happy with our new veranda.
But, more importantly, our little dog loved them too!
